NATIONAL FEAST OF LANTERNS 2018
You may wish to consider placing the 2018 NFOL in your diary now. The venue is Arley Hall and Gardens, Cheshire, just off the M6 hosted by North West Region. The dates are from the 23rd until the 27th August 2018 (August Bank Holiday).
The theme for the event is “Science Fiction” which has plenty of scope for adults and children to get involved in the Mardi Gras parade and the Decorated Units, Individually, Small Street Scenes and Large Street Scenes.

17th August-2nd September – Boundary Park, WA16 8TA, hosted by LCDA – 13 miles from NFOL site. Ideal to visit Jodrell Bank and Manchester.
16th-23rd August – Wilkins Farm, SK9 4LQ hosted by SLDA – 19 miles from NFOL site. One for the plane spotters on the edge of Manchester Airport.
18th-23rd August – Sterndale Green Farm, SK17 9SF, hosted by NECDA – 38 miles from NFOL site. Ideal base to explore the Peak District National Park.
